Thank you for ordering at Tomvintage! You can return your order within 30 days after the delivery date.
All items are measured, so please make sure to look at the measurements before buying as you already can see if it would fit or not.
We only accept returns when there are stains or damages that we did not mention.
Returns & contact
We don't include return labels in the original package from your order. The label needs to be printed at home and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. To start a return, you can dm me on Instagram "tom_v.e" or contact me at returns@tomvintage.com .
If your return is accepted we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, different than the pictures or if you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
