Ordering within The Netherlands
If you place an order within the Netherlands, you won't get charged for shipping. All orders from the Netherlands contain FREE SHIPPING through DHL or PostNL.

Ordering from Europe
If you place an order within Europe, you will get charged for shipping. All orders from Europe (excluding The Netherlands) contain a shipping fee of €10 through PostNL.

Ordering from outside of Europe
If you place an order outside of Europe, you will get charged for shipping. All orders from outside of Europe contain a shipping fee of €20 through PostNL.

Handling time
All orders will be processed within 72 hours of you placing the order (excluding weekends) using PostNL or DHL depending on your location and fastest available service (see above).

Shipping time
Typical delivery time frame for Europe is 2-5 Days after sending the item and 3-7 business days for the rest of the world. However, you may receive your items earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as postal delays.
